Vplyvom priemyslu 4.0 dochádza k výraznej zmene v profesijnej štruktúre, resp. v skladbe povolaní v hospodárstve. Za obdobie posledných troch desiatok rokov sa počas troch recesií nejakým spôsobom zautomatizovalo až 88 % pracovných pozícií a podobný trend má pokračovať až do ďalekej budúcnosti. Mnohé profesie budú zanikať, ale s väčším využitím umelej inteligencie a robotiky vznikne aj veľké množstvo nových pracovných pozícií. V príspevku budú identifikované niektoré.
Changes in the composition of the profession in the 21st century
Due to the influence of Industry 4.0, there is a significant change in the professional and occupational structure in an economy. Over the last three decades, up to 88% of jobs have been automated in some way during the three recessions, and a similar trend is set to continue into the future. Many professions will disappear, but with the higher use of artificial intelligence and robotics, a large number of new jobs will be created. Some will be identified in the paper.
