Výsledky SEO analýzy vzorky svetových DSpace repozitárov

Cieľom predloženého článku je stručne načrtnúť potrebu SEO (Search Engine Optimization) procesov nad online dostupnými informačnými systémami, medzi ktoré patria aj digitálne knižnice a inštitucionálne repozitáre.

V kontexte článku chápeme SEO ako periodický proces, ktorého cieľom je snaha o zvyšovanie viditeľnosti a vyhľadateľnosti sprístupňovaného obsahu. Na vybranej vzorke registrovaných svetových DSpace repozitárov ilustrujeme aktuálny stav v tejto oblasti a formulujeme závery užitočné pre ďalší výskum v tejto oblasti.

Results of SEO analysis based on the sample of global DSpace repositories

The aim of the presented scietnific article is to briefly outline SEO (search engine optimization) processes over information systems available online, including digital libraries and institutional repositories. SEO is considered as a periodic process, which aims to increase the visibility and searchability of the available digital content. We illustrate the current state in this area on the selected sample of registered worldwide DSpace repositories. Then we try to outline conclusions useful for further research in this area.
