Informačné správanie žurnalistov TASR / Information Behavior of TASR editors

Článok prináša vybrané výsledky z výskumu informačného správania redaktorov TASR. Teoretické podložie výskumu tvoria modely informačného správania K. Bystömovej a K. Järvelina, T. D. Wilsona, N. Phara a trojice G. Leckieho, K. Pettigrewa a C. Sylvaina. Výskum je rozdelený do piatich okruhov. Prvý okruh sumarizuje základné demografické údaje o respondentoch a ich pracovné skúsenosti. Druhý a tretí okruh sú zamerané na vybrané aspekty informačného procesu – výber témy a využívanie informačných zdrojov. Posledné dva výskumné okruhy sú zamerané na motiváciu a charakter pracovnej úlohy. Výsledkom výskumu je vlastný model informačného správania žurnalistov.

Information Behavior of TASR editors

The article brings selected results from the research of information behavior of TASR editors. The theoretical background of the research are the models of information behavior of K. Byström and K. Järvelin, T. D. Wilson, N. Pharo, and G. Leckie, K. Pettigrew and C. Sylvain. Research is divided into five research areas. The first research area summarizes basic demographic data on respondents and their work experience. The second and third thematic circuit focuses on selected aspects of the information process – selecting topics and utilizing information resources. The last two research areas are focused on the motivation and character of the job role. The result of the research is its own model of information behavior of journalists.
