V roce 2017 uskutečnila Národní knihovna ČR opakování celostátního průzkumu dětí se zaměřením na četbu knih, čtenářské chování, obvyklé způsoby trávení volného času, vlivy rodinného a školního prostředí na vztah dětí ke knihám a čtení obecně (první průzkum proběhl v letech 2013/2014). Předmětem šetření byl reprezentativní vzorek 2 009 respondentů ve věku 6 až 19 let vybraný v souladu se sociodemografickou strukturou populace České republiky. Příspěvek uvádí základní výsledky průzkum.
Czech Children and Young People as readers in 2017
In 2017, the National Library of the Czech Republic conducted the repetition of a nationwide survey of children focusing on reading books, reader’s behavior, the usual ways of spending leisure time, the influence of family and school environment on the relationship of children to books and reading in general (the first survey was carried out in 2013/2014). The subject of the survey was a representative sample of 2009 respondents aged 6 to 19, selected in accordance with the socio-demographic structure of the population of the Czech Republic. The paper presents the basic survey results.
