The journal ITlib – Information technology and libraries is a scientific journal focuesd on effective use of modern information technologies in the processes of acquisition, processing, storage and access to information and documents. The journal is dedicated to current topics in the field of librarianship, memory institutions and information science, building information systems and systems to support the evaluation of science.
The individual issues bring new information and knowledge, creating a space for the exchange of experiences, mutual assistance, cooperation and inspiration in the use of modern information technologies.
ITlib is a semi-annual journal. It is published in the months: June and December.
In an effort to compile the individual issues of the journal as well as possible, we announce our planned focus topics in advance. This creates a time space that – as we strongly hope – our potential contributors will use to consider which topic they are interested in. It is an opportunity for the contributors to process the paper and send it to us in the editorial office in advance, without time constraints.
